Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 7-days, one-time return policy. If you are unsatisfied with your product and meet the Return Criteria below, we will happily refund you for the value of the merchandise. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, as indicated. Customers will be responsible for return fees which will be deduced from the total amount refunded.
RETURN & EXCHANGE CRITERIA
- Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date (After receiving the product)
- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags attached in a returnable condition
- The following accessories cannot be returned due to sanitary purposes: swimwear, head wear, towels, yoga mats, socks, water bottles and bra pads.
- Sale items & items marked SALE or FINAL SALE and exchanged items because of size are NOT refundable, exchangeable nor eligible for store credit. Promotional discounts may make an item final sale, see specific promo for details
